Alternate MAC Code Discovery
Sometimes the FindMAC.exe program used to discover your computer's MAC code may not work properly. If this happens, there is a simple alternative way of discovering your computer's MAC code.

1. Move the mouse pointer to the Start Menu, and click on Start ->
Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt.
2. Type in ipconfig /all and press enter.
3. Take not of the results shown on the screen. The string listed under Physical Address is the MAC code for your computer.
