Setting up Remote Support
From now on, dealers may be able to get demonstration and traning over internet
using remote control software. We tested Gotomypc for display and skype for audio.
The combination seems to work really good.
Remote Control Demonstation
1. Go to .www.gotomypc.com
2. Register to get Email (ID) / Password / Access Code.
3. Send us the info (Email (ID) / Password / Access Code)
4. We can control dealers computer through remote control.
Setting up Skype for free calling over internet. (will need microphone)
1. Go to .www.skype.com
2. Donwload and install Sktype to call free.
3. Send us the Skeype user Name (ID) and we can call you during demo
